Frugal in Designer ? Snapchat Special

If you follow me on snapchat you often times get a glimpse into my monthly " Special Cloth Alert", where I splurge and pick up new favorites from a high end designer boutique. One month it's Saks the other it's Neimans I may even ship a package in from Bloomingdale, but how?

My website boosts of being frugal and I'm damn sure Gucci is not a frugal choice and you're right it's not. However each month I set a target goal. I like nice thing and I work pretty hard in school at life and at work. If you've read my 12 Step to frugal budget planning, Special cloth alert or a few other blogs I've posted I always urge the importance of rewarding yourself and spending some of the money you earn.

Moving back home has cut my fixed expenses back tremendously however I still don't have the " Gucci every week" paycheck. With my fixed expenses down as much as they possibly can be I have to make changes to other parts of my budget in order to afford myself the things I want. For example I cook large meal portions at the beginning of the week and use the food for my lunch during the week at work versus buying food. This saves me over $100 a week!

I think the only way to explain is simply making a sacrifice. I don't want to live at home, I don't want to eat chicken and baked yams everyday but what I do want more than I don't want any of those things is the new Gucci Soho leather top handle bag ( Special cloth Alert coming soon)
