Yes, that's me queen Debbie downer in the flesh, uh the pixels? I don't know, but what I do know is that a lifestyle change is the first step to achieving anything that you want. Obviously, there's something you're not doing now that's stopping you from having whatever it is that you want. Let it be known that I for one have no issue with cosmetic surgery, honestly it's on my bucket list. What I am against is wasting money. Which is the result of undergoing any cosmetic surgery and not changing your current eating and exercising habits. So, if you’re in the boat with me and can't afford to see Dr. Miami for the smaller waist and bigger butt we dream of together we can jumpstart our lifestyle change and over the next 30 days work towards our dream body.
